At Strive Training, quality is not a checklist — it’s a shared commitment to doing the right thing for learners, employers, and communities. As an Ofsted-graded Good provider in 2021, and achieving Expected Standard across all judgement areas in 2026 (Safeguarding is Met), we are proud of the standards we uphold and the culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement that underpins everything we do.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Coordinator with a strong background in quality assurance within Further Education. This role is ideal for a quality professional who brings rigour, attention to detail, and sound judgement, and who is motivated by maintaining high standards rather than simply meeting minimum requirements. You will play a key role in supporting compliance, strengthening quality processes, and working collaboratively with delivery teams to ensure our provision remains robust, learner-focused, and inspection-ready.
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes ownership of their responsibilities, values accuracy, and understands the importance of teamwork in delivering high-quality outcomes. In return, you will join a supportive, hard-working organisation that values professionalism, transparency, and people who care deeply about the impact of their work. Our culture has been described as a 'Strive family'!
