From our dedicated, purpose-built facility located on our own 10-acre site, we develop, engineer and manufacture, patent protected, market leading, products through our in-house R&D and design teams. By utilising our in-house laboratories, expertise, and workshop capabilities, Siltbuster solutions are proven, cost-effective, compliant, and environmentally beneficial. Our projects, fleet services and remote field engineering teams, ensure complete customer satisfaction whether an individual rental unit or a complete, permanent, turnkey solution.

About The Role

The Siltbuster team in Monmouth are looking for a Sales Advisor to provide valuable support to both our Technical Sales Engineers as well as our customers, in progressing enquiries through to purchase order stage. No two days are the same in this role and some of the responsibilities include.

Supporting our customers with queries via phone, email and our interactive web portal.
Updating Salesforce and providing information when requested.
Providing quotations to customers.
Provide support to the Technical Sales Teams in progressing enquiries and opportunities through to completion.
Liaising with other internal departments to confirm engineer and equipment availability.
Providing hand over information to the engineering team, ensuring effective delivery of solutions.
Provide suitable level of information to the Operational teams for the effective delivery of transactional unit rental / unit sales or critical spares / component sales.
Carrying out end of contract customer satisfaction surveys.

For this role, you will need to be passionate about delivering good customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Being organised, with attention to detail is essential as well as being able to use Office 365.

About you:

Relevant experience in a customer service/customer facing role preferred.
Experience in a sales or sales support role is desirable.
A keen interest in sales activities in the water and environmental space
The ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and a strong attention to detail
The ability to use initiative and think outside the box with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Able to provide a high level of customer service.
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely convey information and adapt style to suit target audience.
Competent in the use of Office 365 notably Excel and Word.

Strong team player, approachable
Aptitude and willingness to learn
