Location: Coleraine, Northern Ireland

Wage: £13.11 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Schedule: 3-5 days over 6 (to be discussed at interview)

About the role:

We are looking for highly motivated Warehouse Operative's who are responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse by ensuring orders are picked correctly & accurately and above set KPI’s. Ensuring that all cages and pallets are loaded, wrapped, scanned, secured, and loaded accurately to support safe distribution processes, service accuracy, and driver efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

People: To support the underlying principle of Creating a Great Place to Work.
Picking, Loading & Security: Ensure cages and pallets are wrapped correctly. Ensure all orders are picked accurately & efficiently. Use correct bars and straps for trailers and 18-tonne trucks. Ensure all cages and pallets are scanned onto the correct trailer or truck. Verify loads are secure prior to departure. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Health & Safety: Following health and safety procedures at all times. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse. Help to maintain a ‘Clean as You Go’ policy

We are looking for:

Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Teamwork and communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Good Time management and reliability

Qualifications and Experience (Desirable)

GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
1 year Experience working in a warehouse, picking, or replenishment environment

Work Authorisation:

Must be eligible to work in United Kingdom.
Position is on-site, based in Coleraine
