Full job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Web Office Assistant to join our team on a permanent full time or part time basis. This role involves a variety of responsibilities including general handling of telephone calls, managing customer queries, coordinating courier dispatches and product upload to our website along with plant label printing.

Key Responsibilities

Answering and managing telephone calls in a professional manner.
Responding to customer queries efficiently and courteously.
Coordinating courier dispatches and ensuring timely deliveries.
Uploading products to the website.
Assisting with plant label production (as required).

Key Requirements

Computer literate including knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and fast learner with new software packages for label printing, website etc
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Previous office experience is preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Excel
Adaptable and able to be flexible in the role, including some hands on order packing at busy times of the year if required.

Contract Details

Full Time or Part Time: 5 days a week but could be full time (40 hours per week, 8:00am to 4:30pm with 30 mins lunch) or slightly shorter hours e.g. 9:00/9:30am to ~3:30pm but ideally still 5 days per week.
Approximately 30-40 hours per week (5 days), Monday to Friday.
Flexibility is required to accommodate seasonal business demands.
