Full job description

Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of being able to work remotely and from our Corby office.

Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract

The Opportunity

We're looking for a People Services Advisor to support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. You'll provide expert advice on People policies and processes, manage a range of employee queries and lifecycle activities, and help deliver a consistent, positive employee experience while supporting continuous improvement within the People function.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide advice and support to employees and managers on People-related queries.
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including contractual changes, leave requests, and visa-related processes.
Handle complex cases, ensuring policies are applied consistently and compliantly.
Maintain accurate employee records and support audit and compliance activities.
Collaborate with People, Payroll, and business teams to deliver an excellent service.
Contribute to process improvements and People projects.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in an HR/People Advisory or People Services role.
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and People policies.
Ability to manage complex queries and provide practical guidance.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
