The Role:

Assist in the daily operational management of the leisure department and services
Assist with the leadership and management of the leisure team and provide ongoing training and support
Support the leisure manager with managing budgets and producing reports and forecasts
Oversee health and safety procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests
