Are you interested in joining Europe's fastest-growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?
Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.
Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.
We are currently hiring a Business Process Analyst
Your mission at Epassi
Epassi is wellbeing that works. We are on a mission to be Europe's leading digital employee-benefits platform.
Epassi is midway through a multi-country NetSuite rollout with Sweden, Netherlands, UK and VIPD still ahead. At the same time, we are looking to increase our CRM landscape and have strong executive appetite for AI and automation across Finance, RevOps and beyond, but without documented processes and clean data foundations, that opportunity cannot be captured reliably.
Reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Systems & Integrations, working as a cross-functional bridge across Finance, RevOps, the data team, and the Business Systems function. One of three immediate hires building out Business Systems, this is the role that connects business needs to technology capability and ensures the platform estate serves the people relying on it, rather than the other way around.
Your responsibilities will be:
This role has four focus areas: Go-Live delivery support as the immediate responsibility, Continuous Process Improvement as the primary ongoing purpose, Identifying and Scoping Automation and AI opportunities, and building the foundations that allow Epassi's AI programme to deliver real and measurable value.
Go-live delivery support
Leads requirements gathering for remaining NetSuite go-lives, working with local Finance teams and the FinApps Application Owner to define what each market actually needs
Documents current and future-state processes in a way both the technical delivery team and Finance sign-off teams can use
Identifies requirements gaps early and supports UAT to validate the system matches what was agreed
Continuous process improvement (primary focus)
Works across Finance, RevOps and other functions to surface where enterprise systems fall short and brings those gaps forward as improvement opportunities rather than accepted constraints
Maps end-to-end processes to make inefficiencies, workarounds, and handoff failures visible across functions and then challenges whether they should exist at all before looking to fix them
Keeps process documentation live and accurate as the business ecosystem evolves, not just complete at go-live
Automation and AI opportunity identification
Identifies and scopes automation and AI opportunities across Finance, RevOps and Procurement, assessing process and data readiness before a use case is committed to
Builds evidence-based cases for each opportunity and brings them forward for prioritisation. This role identifies and scopes; delivery is decided case by case
Works with the FinApps Application Owner and Integration Specialist to understand what the platform estate can technically support
Building for scale
Builds and maintains the clean, consistent, documented data foundations that AI and automation depend on, working with the Integration Specialist and central data team
Documents data flows and integration dependencies as the business ecosystem grows so decisions remain auditable
Grows the scope of process and analytical work progressively from ERP and Finance into the broader enterprise landscape including CRM and AI.
You’ll be successful in this role if you:
Business analysis experience in a multi-system or ERP environment, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical teams
Equal comfort working with Finance leadership and technical teams; you translate between the two without losing what matters to either side
A working understanding of automation and AI concepts, you don't need to build it, but you can assess whether a process is ready for it and make a clear case for what needs to change first
Documentation that gets used, accurate after the project closes, usable by people who weren't in the room
Outcome orientation, you ask what good looks like before you ask what needs to be built, and your measure of success is whether processes work better, not whether documents exist
Comfortable making progress in a fast-moving or M&A-active environment where processes haven't always kept pace with the business
What you’ll be doing (daily):
You will sit at the intersection of business and technology, working with stakeholders across Finance, RevOps and beyond to understand how their processes work today, where the systems supporting those processes fall short, and what needs to change for automation and AI to deliver reliably.
From day one, you will carry two parallel responsibilities: closing the requirements and process gaps that are currently creating go-live risk and building the process and data foundations that determine what Epassi can automate and how confidently. You will be the person who identifies where an AI or automation opportunity exists, assesses whether the process and data are ready for it, and makes the case for what needs to happen- the bridge between how the business works now and how technology can make it work better.
