Full job description

We are currently hiring junior traders to join our London office.

Atlanta Proptrading North is a proprietary day trading firm providing structured training, a defined trading framework, and access to firm capital within a professional trading environment.

This is an in-office role, where traders work closely with mentors and a small team, focusing on developing the skills required to operate consistently in the markets.

Compensation

This is a performance-based role. Traders are compensated through a share of trading profits and do not receive a fixed salary.

25% profit share following completion of training
Up to 40% based on performance and progression

What we offer

A defined day trading framework used across the office
Small team environment with direct feedback and support
Office-based setup (Monday–Friday, 11:45–16:00)
Access to firm capital — no personal capital required

What we are looking for

Strong interest in financial markets
Disciplined and focused approach to work
Ability to learn quickly and take feedback on board
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
Motivated to develop a long-term career in trading

Prior experience in trading is not required.
