Full job description

Lunardi Court Care Home, located in Cupar, Fife, provides high quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite Care in a warm and welcoming environment. With a strong focus on meaningful relationships, personalised support and creating a true sense of belonging, the home is dedicated to helping residents thrive while fostering a positive and rewarding environment for colleagues.

Maintenance Contract

£12.94 per hour
37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Paid PVG, pension and uniform provided
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Working independently and alongside the wider home team, you will support the day to day upkeep of the building, equipment and surrounding environment while helping ensure everything operates safely and efficiently. From carrying out general repairs and routine maintenance to supporting health and safety checks, maintaining outdoor spaces and assisting with wider improvement projects, your work will help create an environment where residents and colleagues can feel comfortable and confident in the space around them.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys practical problem solving, takes pride in maintaining high standards and understands how important a safe and well cared for environment is in supporting the daily wellbeing and overall experience of everyone within the home.

What Matters Most

Previous maintenance, facilities, handyman or general repair experience is beneficial
Good practical skills with confidence carrying out general repairs and maintenance tasks
Understanding of health and safety procedures and ability to identify potential hazards
Ability to work independently while managing a varied workload effectively
Reliable, proactive and professional approach with pride in maintaining safe and well presented environments
