In the role of Chain Sales Manager working inDallas, Tx, you will be part of theNational Accounts Sales Teamworking on the7-Eleven Business. You will be accountable for profitably achieving business results (revenue, volume, share, profit) for assigned chain accounts, by leading and directing their team, as well as internal and external resources to execute the sales objectives and activities which: address current dynamics; are in alignment with overall company goals to deliver volume, profit, share and overall ‘brand health’; and optimize the use of team resources.
You will build strategic partnerships at the appropriate level with retail customers, the Molson Coors Beverage Company (MCBC) distributor sales organization, and distributor partners across the account base to maximize achievement of MCBC business results.
This position reports to theSr Sales Team Leadand is responsible for leading the team that calls on 7-Eleven Headquarters buyers. The role partners closely with the Category, Field Sales, and Customer Marketing teams to develop and execute customer strategies that drive growth and strengthen the customer relationship.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Most importantly, you will lead a team of talented colleagues, build capabilities, seek continuous improvement by fostering a learn everyday environment, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations
- Lead the implementation of Channel plans across Chain and independent retailers with appropriate Distributor Sales Organization counterparts, utilizing national channel strategies to guide the work
- Lead and coach team as they leverage MCBC Joint Business Plan routine annually and on an ongoing basis
- Coordinate execution via clear, concise communication to ensure alignment with retailer operations, management units and distributor partners.
- Coaching your team to execute effectively in-market and identify opportunities to be first choice for our customers and consumers
Key Ingredients:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience
- You have 5+ years of progressive experience in sales and key account management
- You have the ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned market or territory to support business needs, as well as occasional meetings, trainings, and events outside the assigned territory.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $111,900.00 - $146,900.00 (posting salary range) + 20% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
