Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently to optimize flow and reduce wait times
Assist guests with inquiries, menu selections, and special requests to enhance their experience
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and guest waiting spaces
Handle guest feedback or concerns promptly and courteously, striving for resolution and satisfaction
Support event setups or special functions as needed to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary
Positive attitude with a proactive mindset focused on guest satisfaction
