About the Role

NIKOLAZ SERVICES LTD is looking for a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team.

We are seeking someone with a strong eye for visual communication who can transform ideas and business requirements into engaging, professional designs. The successful candidate will support our marketing, sales and business activities by producing high-quality digital and print materials that strengthen our brand and communicate effectively with customers and business partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to take ownership of creative work from initial concept through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics and visual content for websites, social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, advertisements, presentations and promotional materials.
Develop and maintain consistent branding across digital and printed communications.
Create product, promotional and sales graphics to support the company's commercial activities.
Produce social media assets and adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
Work with management and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual concepts.
Prepare artwork and files for professional printing and digital publication.
Edit, resize and optimise photographs, graphics and other visual assets.
Develop layouts, typography, colour schemes and visual concepts appropriate to individual projects.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
Review designs carefully to ensure accuracy, consistency and high-quality presentation.
Keep up to date with current graphic design, digital marketing and social media trends.
Organise and maintain the company's library of creative assets, templates and design files.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and visual communication skills.
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or equivalent professional design software.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing content for both digital and print use.
Ability to create professional social media and marketing graphics.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other members of the business.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Canva, Figma, basic video editing, motion graphics, photography or website graphics would be an advantage.

Qualifications

A degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, Multimedia Design or a related discipline is desirable.

Candidates with a strong professional portfolio and relevant practical experience will also be considered.
