Full job description

Cofton Holidays is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our happy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and be a team player.

Duties Include:-

Assisting customers on our main Reception Desk
Dealing with customer enquiries & bookings via phone
Processing payments
Answering emails
Taking down information quickly and accurately
Responding to customers via various social media channels & live chat

Requirements:-

Experience in a similar role
The ability to work under pressure
Excellent customer service and typing Skills
NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Business Admin or similar would be an advantage

Benefits Include:-

£13 per hour
Part-time hours maybe available
40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 to include 1 weekend day
Hours are allocated via a weekly rota
