Pay: £14,008 per annum – 1 year Maternity cover - 20hrs per week

Revival East Anglia are looking for a Claims Estimator at its King’s Lynn office.

Hours: 20hrs per week (8am-5pm) Monday to Friday hours are negotiable between 8-5pm.

Main responsibilities will include:

Creating estimated costs for new/ongoing claims based on technician’s reports. Liaising with head office/insurers to gain relevant approvals for work.

Monitoring on going claims and adjusting/creating costs variations as required.

Invoicing completed works, including uploading relevant supporting documentation.

Telephone Administration - Dealing with new and existing customer, clients, loss adjusters and insurance principals. Ensuring that communication channels are always active and open until job completion.

Cloud Storage Management - Ensuring that digital documentation is synchronised between Office PC and Technicians work tablets.

Report Editing (Microsoft & Adobe PDF)

Record Keeping

You will have experience in administration and have excellent working knowledge of computers. You must be able to work well, under pressure at times, both on your own initiative and under instruction.

You will have English (written) & Maths GCSE or equivalent or have the ability to demonstrate an aptitude for the company admin requirements during interview.

You will have an excellent telephone manner.

You will be expected to work additional hours during busy periods to deal with the additional work load. You will be paid for the additional hours.

You will have your own transport for travelling to and from our office in Kings Lynn. Excellent time keeping is essential due to our high demand clients and SLA’s.
