Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing reservations, greeting customers, and ensuring a smooth dining experience through first class waiting on. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for someone experienced for this role.

Shift patterns may vary

Thursday 4.30 - 10.30

Friday 4.30-10.30

Saturday 4.30 - 10.30

Sunday 12.30 - 7

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery
Assist in training new staff members as needed

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
A friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards customer service
Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and dining etiquette is preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
