Full job description

We are a fast-growing Pokémon trading card business that sells live on the Whatnot platform. We run regular live streams, manage a large inventory of Pokémon products and collectibles, and pride ourselves on delivering a great experience for our customers. We are looking for a reliable and organized Stock & Office Assistant to support our daily operations.

The Role

As a Stock & Office Assistant, you will play an important role in keeping our stockroom and office running efficiently. You will be responsible for organizing inventory, assisting with stock management, and supporting general office duties as required.

This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock.
Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records.
Preparing products for live Whatnot sales and fulfilment.
Ensuring stock areas, shelves, and storage spaces remain tidy and organized.
Locating and retrieving products quickly for live stream sales.
Assisting with stock counts and inventory audits.
Packing and moving boxes and stock items as required.
Occasional heavy lifting of stock deliveries and storage containers.
Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
Supporting the team with ad-hoc duties as business needs require.

Requirements

High interest and knowledge in Pokémon is required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable handling physical stock and performing occasional heavy lifting.
Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude.
Basic computer skills and confidence using office software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Fixed days/hours, free onsite parking with opportunity to work extra hours if desired.

Pay: £12.71 per hour
