Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Field Sales Representative specializing in Commercial Chemicals. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base by actively engaging with clients across various industries, understanding their chemical needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales growth, foster strong customer relationships, and promote our innovative chemical products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment while developing your sales expertise.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to increase market share of commercial chemical products
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present product offerings, demonstrate value, and address customer needs with confidence and clarity
Develop customized proposals and presentations using Microsoft Office tools to effectively communicate product benefits and technical specifications
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using IT systems such as Microsoft Excel and CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, resolve customer inquiries promptly, and provide exceptional customer service
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to strategically position our offerings
Manage time efficiently to balance prospecting efforts with existing client support, ensuring consistent pipeline growth

Skills

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences
Strong customer service orientation coupled with outstanding communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure is a plus
Effective organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks in a fast-moving environment
Sound IT knowledge for utilizing CRM systems, data analysis tools, and digital communication platforms
Exceptional time management skills to meet sales targets and client deadlines consistently
Ability to build rapport quickly through active listening, professional demeanor, and persuasive communication
HGV Licence or ability go gain this
