Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a background in retail, sales, or administrative management to contribute to our company's success. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring team efficiency, maintaining high standards of customer service, and supporting organisational goals through effective supervision and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise team members to achieve departmental objectives, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.
Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor team performance.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to foster professional development and improve service delivery.
Manage merchandising activities, ensuring displays meet brand standards and optimise sales opportunities.
Maintain excellent communication with staff and management, facilitating clear information flow across all levels.
Oversee administrative duties such as reporting, stock management, and record keeping with organisational precision.
Handle customer interactions professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Qualifications

Proven experience in management or supervising roles within retail or sales environments.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse groups effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is desirable.
Proficient in time management and administrative tasks, including reporting and record keeping.
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity with a focus on customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with professional phone etiquette. This position provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their leadership capabilities while contributing positively to our organisation’s growth.
