Full job description

Come join our team at Hames Chocolates Ltd in the chocolate and packing rooms. We are seeking dedicated individual(s) with excellent work attendance history who is eager to contribute to our dynamic chocolate environment.

Hames Chocolates Ltd is a leading British chocolate manufacturer known for producing a wide array of high-quality chocolate products, including bars, truffles, lollipops, Advent calendars, Easter eggs, and cake decorations. Job Description:

You will play a key role in the manufacturing / packaging of various chocolate products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the packing process.

Duties may include:

· Operating a variety of machines and equipment in both chocolate and packing rooms efficiently to meet daily manufacturing targets

Assist in the making and packing of a range of chocolate products from Easter Eggs to cake decorations
Monitor product quality during the process
Follow standard operating procedures for food safety and manufacturing / packing guidelines
Collaborate with team members in Chocolate Production, Packing and Warehouse departments
Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to production operations.

Requirements:

· Basic mathematical skills for measuring ingredients and quantities

· Familiarity with food production processes is advantageous

· The role involves frequent manual handling of loads up to 25kg

· Wear appropriate PPE
