About the role

We’re looking for a File Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Stourton, Leeds. The File Maintenance department are responsible for the creation and the maintenance of the product file for Bestway Wholesale and Bestway Retail. A multi-functional role, which covers insight and understanding into new products, item maintenance and Trading standards/promotions. The role is esstential to ensure Bestway Wholesale product file is kept clean and up to date, being the safety net for the business.

Responsibilities:

Managing promotions and price changes
Provide great customer service to the branches
Resolving trading related queries from stores
Creation of new products and maintenance of existing products within the system in adherence to the companies sign off processes.
Pricing maintenance for Bestway Wholesale as agreed by the Trading Team.
Promotions for Bestway Wholesale: monthly promotions.
Contract pricing – agreed and advised by the Contract team.
System User Creation
Jira – depot queries
New Supplier creation

The Ideal Candidate:

Excellent communication and organisation skills
Experience in a fast paced data entry role
Accuracy and attention to detail
Sound working knowledge of Excel
Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
Ability to demonstrate excellent teamwork

Desirable

Previous experience of working within a wholesale or retail environment
