Role Overview

Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services:
- Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
Provide updates:
- Relay information to the veterinary team about patients enroute to the clinic or clients in need of assistance.
Handle administration duties:
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.

Working pattern

Week 1: Tuesday 19:00 – 23:00

Week 2: Friday 19:00-23:00

Week 3: Off

Week 4: Tuesday 19:00 – 23:00 & Saturday 12:00 – 22:00

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
