Maternity Cover - 1 year contract - Will look at part time 3/4days a week on flexible hours.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our IFA Administration team. We are looking for those of you who wish to grow with us as a business in our Bromsgrove or Birmingham office. There are options to join on a part-time or full-time. In return, you will receive a competitive salary plus a range of benefits.

Your responsibilities will involve delivering exceptional service by offering precise, efficient, and well-organized administrative support.

If part-time the salary will be worked on a pro-rata basis on days worked.

To be considered for this role, candidates must already hold the right to work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

Key Responsibilities as our Administration Assistant will include:

Provide administrative support to financial advisers.
Prepare correspondence, including letters and emails.
Act as a point of contact for clients, life offices, and business members.
Maintain all administrative systems, ensuring that all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage the diary system, ensuring that daily tasks are completed.
Assist with managing the IFA's portfolio of existing business.
Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to relevant client records.
Prepare review packs for advisers' client meetings.
