About Us

Glenbane Stone is a leading specialist in natural stone manufacturing. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and efficient operations, and we are looking for a reliable Yard Person to join our team and help ensure smooth, safe daily operations.

Working Hours & Availability

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Weekend Work: Saturday work available
Overtime: Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Be Doing)

Safely load and unload deliveries.
Operate forklifts and telehandlers to move stone products and materials.
Prepare customer orders for collection and delivery.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard environment.
Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
Support the production and dispatch teams as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

Experience: Background in yard, warehouse, manufacturing, or construction environments.
Machinery Skills:
Essential telehandler experience.
Forklift operating experience and preferred license.
Safety & Standards: Good health and safety awareness.
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, hardworking, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
