Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and professional Nail Technician to join our vibrant beauty clinic on a temporary basis, covering maternity leave. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional nail services while providing outstanding customer care. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a busy environment. The successful applicant will be committed to creating a relaxing experience for clients and maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures and gel nails, with precision and creativity.
Deliver exemplary customer service by welcoming guests warmly, addressing their needs, and ensuring a memorable experience.
Manage front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and handling enquiries efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation standards in accordance with health regulations.
Manage social media accounts by posting engaging content to promote services, special offers, and client transformations.
Assist with guest services by offering personalised recommendations and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.
Support management tasks when required, including organising appointments and maintaining client records.

Skills

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within the beauty industry.
Proficiency in nail extensions and basic nail art advantageous.
Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Proficiency in front desk operations including appointment booking systems.
Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with clients and team members.
Organised with attention to detail in all aspects of work from treatments to administrative duties.

Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
