Summary

We are seeking a Full Time (36hrs) Support Worker and Part Time (24hrs) Support Worker to join our team at Inspired2Care. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents living within our 9 bedded residential home, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in helping our residents to live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive interactions.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
Administer first aid as needed and ensure a safe environment for all clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalised care plans.
Support clients with a diagnosis of learning disability and mental health conditions in a respectful manner.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices in care.
Medication Management & Administration
Person In Charge

Requirements

Experience in senior care or similar roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
Certification in first aid is required.
Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for client support.
Experience in medication management and administration
