Precious Metals Sales Consultant Position Summary

The Precious Metals Sales Consultant is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing and selling investment-grade precious metals. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining expert knowledge of bullion products, preparing quotations, processing orders, and ensuring customers receive a professional and transparent experience throughout their journey with SILVEXA.

Key Responsibilities Customer Sales

Assist customers in selecting appropriate precious metal products.
Respond to enquiries via email, telephone, website live chat, and social media.
Explain product features, specifications, and refinery information.
Build customer confidence through professional advice and excellent service.
Generate quotations and assist customers through the purchasing process.

Product Knowledge

Maintain a strong understanding of:

Gold bullion
Silver bullion
Platinum bullion
Investment-grade bars and coins
Swiss refineries (PAMP, Valcambi, etc.)
Royal Mint bullion products
Live precious metal pricing
Market trends

Customer Support

Provide after-sales support.
Assist with order enquiries.
Resolve customer questions professionally.
Communicate shipping updates.
Build long-term customer relationships.

Precious Metals Purchasing

Assist customers wishing to sell bullion by:

Explaining SILVEXA's selling process.
Preparing preliminary valuations.
Coordinating receipt of customer items.
Working with the appraisal team during testing.
Communicating purchase offers.
Arranging payment following successful verification.

Sales Administration

Prepare invoices.
Process customer orders.
Maintain customer records.
Update CRM systems.
Process referral enquiries.
Assist with stock availability.

Business Development

Promote SILVEXA products.
Build relationships with collectors and investors.
Identify opportunities for repeat business.
Support referral partners and affiliates.
Represent SILVEXA professionally.
