Full job description

Overview
This post is ideal for someone new to the trades who is keen to learn but also has a good basic knowledge of carpentry and plumbing. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of construction and maintenance projects. We specifically need someone who is capable in basic joinery and basic plumbing.

Responsibilities

Carry out basic carpentry tasks.
Carry out basic plumbing task.
Undertake painting to meet project specifications.
Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements

Proven experience in all of the following trades: carpentry, painting, plumbing & basic general maintenance.
Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to trade activities
Strong organisational skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Ability to work independently & be versatile in the site environment.
Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual labour for extended periods
Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory if extensive experience is demonstrated
A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential depending on project requirements.

This role is ideal for dedicated tradespeople eager to apply their skills across multiple disciplines within a dynamic construction environment.

Pay: From £17.00 per hour
