Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Financial Risk Analyst and become a vital driver of our organization’s financial stability and growth. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive risk analysis by examining financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to identify potential threats.
Develop and refine data models using tools like VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate risk assessment processes and improve accuracy.
Perform quantitative analysis to evaluate credit, market, and operational risks across various financial products and portfolios.
Utilize statistical techniques and statistics to interpret complex datasets, uncover patterns, and generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate risk mitigation strategies that align with organizational goals.

Experience

Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on risk analysis or related fields.
Strong proficiency in data mining, data modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative analysis methods effectively within a financial context.
Skilled in using VBA or similar programming languages for data automation and modeling tasks.
Solid understanding of risk management principles, including credit, market, and operational risks.
