About the Role

We are seeking an Education Services Manager to oversee programme delivery, coordinate learning operations, and ensure a positive experience for students and participants.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily education service operations and learning support activities
Coordinate programme schedules, resources, records, and participant communication
Support instructors, facilitators, and administrative staff with delivery requirements
Monitor learner feedback, attendance, service quality, and programme performance
Prepare reports, documentation, and process improvement recommendations
Liaise with students, staff, partners, and internal teams
Ensure services follow company standards, policies, and quality procedures

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in education services, training coordination, student support, programme administration, or learning operations
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is preferred
Experience managing learning programmes, schedules, records, or service delivery is an advantage

Skills

Education services management
Programme coordination and learner support
Team supervision and workflow planning
Reporting, documentation, and quality monitoring
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Learning and Development, or a related field
Professional certifications in education management, training, programme coordination, or service management are an advantage

Pay: £42,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
