We're NCM, a commercial asset disposal and auction business that turns other companies' surplus into serious returns. We're ambitious, we move fast, and we invest in the tech (and the people) to get there.

Now we need 2 confident, driven people to fuel that growth from the front line: getting on the phone, opening doors, and booking the meetings that turn into deals.

What you'll do

Call businesses across the UK and find the right person to talk to
Introduce what NCM does, spark genuine interest, and book quality meetings for our sales team
Qualify leads so the sales team walk into warm, worthwhile conversations
Keep sharp notes and follow up properly, the follow up is where the money is
Hit clear, fair targets you'll understand from day one

You're not selling on the phone. Your job is to open the door. Our sales team close it.
