It is a private mental health clinic with its head office in London. The clinic is approved by **Bupa, Cigna Global and WPA Health Insurance**.
We are seeking qualified psychologists, psychotherapists, counsellors, recent graduates and final-year university students to join our clinic through freelance clinical roles or our supervised training programme.
Position Type
Freelance / Self-Employed
Successful clinicians will be offered client work based on their qualifications, professional registration, accreditation, experience and availability.
Pay Structure
Level 1 — £50 per hour
Applicants must:
* Hold a doctorate-level qualification.
* Have at least 10 years’ post-doctoral experience.
* Be registered or accredited with one or more relevant professional bodies, including HCPC, BACP or BABCP.
Level 2 — £40 per hour
Applicants must:
* Hold a doctorate-level qualification.
* Have less than one year of post-doctoral experience.
* Be registered or accredited with one or more relevant professional bodies, including HCPC, BACP or BABCP.
Level 3 — £35 per hour
Applicants must:
* Hold a relevant master’s degree.
* Hold full accreditation with BACP or BABCP.
Please note that registered membership alone does not meet the requirements for this level.
Level 4 — £30 per hour
Applicants must:
* Hold a relevant master’s degree.
* Be a registered member of BACP or BABCP.
Level 5 — £25 per hour
Applicants must:
* Hold a relevant graduate qualification.
* Have at least five years’ post-graduation experience.
* Be a registered member of BACP or BABCP.
* Provide evidence of at least 350 documented supervised clinical hours.
Level 6 — One-Year Supervised Training Programme
This programme is suitable for:
* New graduates.
* Final-year students studying at a UK university.
* Applicants who require structured supervised experience before applying for freelance clinical work.
The programme includes supervision, observation and practical training over a period of one year.
After successfully completing the full programme, participants will receive a certificate confirming one year of experience and may be considered for freelance work with the clinic at a rate of **£25 per hour**.
**No freelance work will be offered before successful completion of the one-year programme.**

Professional Requirements
Depending on the level applied for, candidates should have appropriate registration, membership or accreditation with one or more of the following:
* Health and Care Professions Council — HCPC
* British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy — BACP
* British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies — BABCP
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their qualifications, professional registration, accreditation, supervised clinical hours and relevant experience.
