Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives and uphold the highest standards across our production processes. In this pivotal role, you will oversee quality control procedures, ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will drive product excellence, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead regular audits and inspections to verify adherence to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Analyze production data and inspection reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process enhancement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and supply chain to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
Train staff on quality assurance practices, proper documentation, and compliance requirements to foster a proactive quality culture.
Manage non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, certifications, and compliance documentation for regulatory review.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance management within manufacturing or food production environments.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and implementation strategies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively train teams and collaborate across departments.
Demonstrated leadership in driving quality improvements and fostering a culture of compliance.
Relevant certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) are preferred but not mandatory.
