Full job description

Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Tekla Detailer / Tekla Designer to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of challenging industrial and engineering projects, producing high-quality 3D models and fabrication drawings for material handling structures and equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D models using Tekla Structures.
Produce fabrication and GA drawings to a high standard.
Create material take-offs and bills of materials.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabrication teams.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards.
Resolve detailing issues and support project delivery.
Proven experience using Tekla Structures.

About You

Strong understanding of structural steel detailing and fabrication.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge of BIM workflows and project coordination.
Experience producing fabrication packages for steelwork manufacturers.
