The Opportunity

ALO Marketing is expanding our G&E Venues Campaign, working on behalf of one of the biggest and most recognised clients in the UK energy market.

We're looking for an ambitious Venue Sales Team Leader to take responsibility for the performance and development of one of our venue-based sales teams.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role.

You'll lead from the front by generating your own sales while coaching, motivating and developing the Sales Executives working alongside you.

For the right person, this is an opportunity to build a high-performing team and progress into senior management as the campaign expands.

What Can You Earn?

Your earnings package combines:

Basic pay + uncapped personal sales commission + monthly team performance bonus + rolled-up holiday pay..

OTE: £35,000–£50,000+

Your earning potential grows with both your own performance and the performance of your team.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of your venue team while remaining active in sales yourself.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading from the front on personal sales
Managing and motivating Venue Sales Executives
Driving individual and team performance
Coaching reps to improve their results
Supporting and developing new starters
Setting clear daily and monthly expectations
Creating a positive and competitive team environment
Monitoring performance against targets
Maintaining excellent customer service and compliance standards
Communicating team performance to senior management
Identifying and developing future leaders

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the standards they expect from their team.

Who We're Looking For

This could suit an experienced Team Leader or a successful salesperson who's ready to take the next step into leadership.

We're looking for someone who is:

A strong face-to-face salesperson
Target-driven and commercially minded
Confident leading and motivating others
Comfortable coaching different personalities
Positive and resilient
Organised and accountable
Able to lead by example
Ambitious about progressing into senior management

Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

Previous management experience is beneficial, but we're also interested in exceptional salespeople who can demonstrate genuine leadership potential.

Full campaign and leadership training will be provided.

Hours & Shifts

The campaign operates Monday–Sunday, with shifts based on venue requirements.

As we open additional venues and build new teams, we want to develop our management structure internally.

Successful Team Leaders who demonstrate they can consistently deliver results, develop people and build successful teams will have opportunities to progress into area management positions.
