Job Title: Domestic Cleaning Specialist (Part-Time & Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize designated areas within clients' homes to a high standard
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and wipe down surfaces
Empty trash and replace liners; clean windows and glass surfaces
Work in teams of 2-3 staff, navigating the work vehicle from job to job
Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing uniforms.

Local Travel: You’ll be driving locally between jobs, all within a 6-mile radius of in and around Colchester. This allows you to stay close to home while ensuring the day runs smoothly with scheduled jobs, all while enjoying a more relaxed and manageable driving experience.

Time management: Efficiently complete cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes

Strong communication: Effective communication skills with colleagues and clients
