Responsibilities

Assist clients in developing tailored employment plans aligned with their skills, interests, and career aspirations

Maintain organised records of client progress, job placements, and follow-up activities using Microsoft Office tools
Facilitate communication between clients and potential employers, ensuring clear understanding of job requirements and expectations
Support clients in developing professional resumes, cover letters, and interview skills through hands-on guidance
Collaborate with community partners and local organisations to expand employment opportunities for clients
Monitor client engagement and progress regularly, adjusting support strategies as needed to maximize success

Skills
