Part-Time Hospitality Recruitment Resourcer – Glasgow

Location: Glasgow
Salary: £25,000 per annum pro rata
Job Type: Part-Time
Sector: Hospitality Recruitment
Start: Immediate

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Hospitality Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing recruitment team in Glasgow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment. You will play an important role in sourcing and connecting hospitality professionals with exciting temporary and permanent opportunities across Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job boards, social media and our existing database
Conduct telephone and online candidate screening
Build and maintain a strong pool of hospitality candidates
Match candidates to suitable vacancies
Contact candidates regarding available shifts and opportunities
Maintain accurate candidate records
Assist with interview and onboarding processes
Work closely with the recruitment team to fulfil client requirements
Help grow our hospitality candidate network across Glasgow

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable speaking to people on the phone
Friendly, approachable and professional
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working in a busy recruitment environment
Proactive and able to work independently
Experienced in recruitment, hospitality or customer service (desirable but not essential)
Confident using computers, email and social media
