Minster, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is on the hunt for a Warehouse & Yard Assistant in Buckley, who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Minster are looking for a Warehouse and Yard Assistant to join the busy, supportive team at their branch in Buckley.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects

Help to process and prepare customer orders - load and unload customer and supplier vehicles using a forklift truck to minimise manual handling (training will be provided!)

Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products

Maintain stock levels in both the warehouse and yard areas, carrying out regular stock counts

Keep the branch looking clean and tidy and make Health & Safety a priority

Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement

Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck work

Hours of Work :

7.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday

What We’re Looking For:

Previous industry experience preferred but not essential

Background within a Warehouse environment

A positive team player

A genuine enthusiasm for dealing with customers, and a ‘customer 1st’ attitude

Confident working both indoors and outdoors

Strong focus on Health & Safety

A forklift licence is highly desirable
