The Role

We are looking for a charismatic, professional Bartender to join the team.

At Carnoustie Golf Hotel Spa, the bar isn't just a place to get a drink; it’s the heart of the guest experience. Whether you’re making a signature cocktail for a resident or preparing a coffee for a regular, you are the face of our hospitality.

What You’ll Do

Craft Create: Prepare a wide range of drinks—from cocktails and wine service to specialty coffees—with precision and speed.
Host: Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, offering recommendations and anticipating their needs.
Maintain Excellence: Keep the bar area pristine, organized, and fully stocked.
Collaborate: Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.
Compliance: Ensure all mandatory training and licensing training is kept up to date.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Bartending experience is essential, preferably in a hotel or high-volume upscale environment.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of mixology, spirits, wine pairings, and beer styles.
Vibe: A positive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Carnoustie Golf Hotel offers extensive facilities including 95 luxury en suite bedrooms and ten suites with amazing views over the Championship course, the sea and the local town of Carnoustie.
