Full job description

Sous Chef - Full Time Position

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our friendly, family run restaurant & bar, Sinclair's Kitchen by Forfar.

We pride ourselves in serving high quality, freshly prepared seasonal menu’s, combining a la carte dishes with popular bar favourites. We are looking for someone who;

Has at least 3 years professional chef experience of preparing fresh food from scratch
Thrives in a fast-paced environment & remains calm under pressure while maintaining high standards
Takes pride in consistency, presentation & attention to detail
Is confident leading a kitchen in the absense of the Head Chef & supporting the business with menu development & orders
Will bring fresh ideas, creativity & a genuine passion for quality food
Is honest, hardworking & reliable
Has their own transport due to our location
