About the Role

Sinfloro Fragrance and Retail Solutions Ltd provides fragrance retail, beauty-product distribution, e-commerce support, customer analytics and promotional campaign services.

We are looking for an analytical, commercially aware and detail-focused Customer Insights Analyst to help the business better understand customer behaviour, product preferences and campaign performance.

The successful candidate will analyse customer, sales and digital-channel data to identify trends and provide practical recommendations. You will work closely with marketing, e-commerce, sales and product teams to improve customer engagement, retention, product selection and promotional activity.

This mid-level position is suitable for candidates with experience in customer analytics, marketing analysis, retail data, e-commerce reporting, consumer research or business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Behaviour Analysis: Review purchasing patterns, product preferences, order frequency and customer engagement.

Customer Segmentation: Group customers using relevant characteristics, behaviours and purchasing activity.

Sales Analysis: Analyse fragrance and beauty-product performance across customer groups, channels and periods.

Campaign Evaluation: Measure the results of email, social-media, paid-media and promotional campaigns.

Retention Analysis: Identify patterns relating to repeat purchases, customer loyalty and inactivity.

Digital Analytics: Review website traffic, product-page activity, conversion rates and purchasing journeys.

Product Insights: Identify customer demand, emerging preferences and underperforming product categories.

Reporting: Prepare regular dashboards, reports and summaries for marketing and commercial teams.

Data Validation: Check customer and campaign datasets for missing, duplicated or inconsistent information.

Market Research Support: Assist with surveys, competitor reviews and customer-feedback analysis.

Testing Support: Help evaluate promotional offers, campaign messages, website changes and customer experiences.

Forecasting Support: Use historical data and current trends to support demand and campaign planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Present findings clearly to marketing, sales, product and management teams.

Recommendation Development: Translate analytical findings into practical actions that can improve performance.

Process Improvement: Recommend improvements to customer-data collection, reporting and analytical workflows.

What We Are Looking For

At least 2 years of experience in customer insights, marketing analytics, retail analysis, e-commerce reporting or a related role.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Advanced confidence using Microsoft Excel or comparable spreadsheet software.
Experience preparing dashboards, reports and performance summaries.
Ability to identify trends and explain their commercial significance.
Good understanding of customer journeys, conversion and retention.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data-management abilities.
Good written and spoken English.
Ability to present analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organisation and deadline-management skills.
Ability to manage several reporting tasks and changing priorities.
Commercially aware and collaborative approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

Qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related subject.
Experience in fragrance, beauty, fashion, retail, consumer goods or e-commerce.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or comparable digital-analytics tools.
Experience using Power BI, Tableau or another reporting and visualisation platform.
Basic knowledge of SQL or customer-database queries.
Familiarity with customer-relationship management and email-marketing platforms.
Experience with customer segmentation, campaign measurement or A B testing.
Understanding of data-protection and responsible customer-data handling.

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
