Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Agency Nurse to join our team, offering flexible staffing solutions across various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with excellent clinical skills and the ability to adapt to diverse environments. As an Agency Nurse, you will deliver vital nursing services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate care for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care tailored to individual patient needs in different home or healthcare settings.
Administer medications accurately and safely, following prescribed protocols and ensuring proper documentation.
Monitor patient conditions, observe symptoms, and report changes promptly to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Apply knowledge of human anatomy to assess patient health status and inform care plans effectively.
Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and wellness strategies.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all nursing activities and interventions in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of service.

Qualifications

Valid nursing registration with the NMC
Proven experience in patient care within diverse healthcare environments
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and clinical procedures
Competence in medication administration
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear instructions and empathetic support
