Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ground Worker to join our team. This role involves assisting with landscape maintenance, construction tasks, and general site upkeep. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, practical experience with various tools and machinery, and a strong work ethic. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in horticulture, landscaping, and construction within a professional environment.

Responsibilties

Operating hand tools, power tools,
Supporting construction activities by preparing sites, digging trenches, and laying foundations
Assisting with the installation and repair of irrigation systems
Ensuring the work area is kept clean, safe, and organised at all times
Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards
Following health and safety protocols at all times during site operations
Driving company van( must have full uk driving licence)

Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is highly desirable
Knowledge of mechanical systems and the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment such as excavators is advantageous
Experience working on construction sites or in outdoor manual roles is preferred
Practical understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation and site work
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining productivity and safety standards

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
