Full job description

Location: Whitstable, Kent

Salary: £23,132 full time, pro rata.

Job Type: Part-Time, In-office 20 hours per week

Our innovative tech-for-good business is transforming the charitable sector, with a bold mission to raise £100m for civil society by 2035. As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a motivated Booking advisor to help drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Booking site visits for our professional fundraising team.
Using our database to book existing sites via telephone and email.
Following booking guidelines provided.
Liaise with site contacts to provide all information and resources required.
Providing fundraisers with the relevant information required for their visit.
Updating the database with relevant and accurate information.

Essential Skills Required:

Excellent telephone manner.
Basic IT literacy of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word (full in-house training provided for our database).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and work to deadlines.
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, grades C or above.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in call centre telephone work.
Experience in the Professional Fundraising Industry.

Important Note: This position requires the candidate to work in the office. Remote work is not available for this role.
