Full job description

Are you highly organised, great with people, and looking for a role where you can take real ownership? We have a new position at the heart of our Growth team — and we want someone who makes things happen rather than someone who just talks about them.

About us

Wealden Rehab and CareSpaces supply specialist rehabilitation equipment and accessible-space solutions that help people live more independently. We work with occupational therapists, case managers, and care providers across the UK. We're growing, and we're building the team to match.

The role

This is a coordinator and project management role first and foremost. You'll be the organisational engine behind our Growth team — planning and running events, managing the customer feedback and referral programmes, coordinating our telemarketing activity, and keeping everything moving. You'll also provide PA support to our Head of Growth, helping him stay focused and on track.

The creative and campaign side of marketing is handled externally — your job is to brief, coordinate, and deliver, not to design or write copy. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from running a tight ship and seeing projects land on time, this is the role for you.

What you'll be doing

Planning and running events, Lunch & Learns, and webinars end to end — venues, logistics, invitations, follow-up
Coordinating our telemarketing programme and managing the customer feedback and referral loop
Briefing and managing external marketing suppliers to keep campaigns and materials on track
Supporting our clinical content programme — organising speakers, scheduling, and distribution
Providing diary, inbox, and general PA support to the Head of Growth
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Researching sales leads and turning them into useful briefing materials for the team

What we're looking for

Exceptionally organised — you manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
A strong project coordinator who takes ownership from start to finish
Confident communicator with professional and clinical audiences
Proactive and self-managing — you don't wait to be told
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
A background in coordination, events, operations, or PA work — marketing experience is useful but not essential

Nice to have: experience in healthcare or assistive technology, familiarity with CRM tools, or a full UK driving licence.

£30,000–£34,000 per year depending on experience
