Our logistics operations are built for speed, accuracy, and control. We coordinate warehousing, packaging, and delivery across multiple platforms to ensure fast, reliable service.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to manage customer enquiries and assist our Operations team with critical logistics administration. You will handle order requests, process returns, book couriers, and update shipping systems to ensure fast, accurate service across all sales channels.

Key Skills

Helpdesk & E-commerce Software: Hands-on experience with eDesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
Logistics & Courier Portals: Familiarity with courier booking and tracking systems.
AI & Tech Literacy: Ability to leverage AI-assisted support tools to increase efficiency.
Communication & Organisation: Excellent written, verbal, and telephone skills with strong time management.
Accuracy: High attention to detail for data entry, courier bookings, and refund processing.

Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

Respond to customer tickets and phone calls regarding product details, order status, and lead times via eDesk.
Use AI tools to speed up response workflows while maintaining quality.

Operations & Courier Admin

Provide administrative support to Operations by booking freight and transport.
Manage courier issues, including failed deliveries, address changes, and damage claims.

Returns, Replacements & Financials

Process returns, log stock accurately, and coordinate priority replacements with the warehouse.
Issue refunds and financial adjustments via payment gateways according to policy.

Collaboration & Process Quality

Track delayed shipments with logistics and proactively update customers.
Maintain records of queries and claims, reporting recurring product or courier issues to the wider team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
