Full job description

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to join the administration team at the Mental Health Unit, Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

The post holder will have a standard grade or equivalent in English and good IT skills and/or relevant work experience.

Excellent communication skills, health records experience desirable and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role is essential.

In order to meet the needs of the service the successful applicant will be required to work in a variety of locations when required across Forth Valley.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.

As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
