Due to a change in personnel, the senior management team need supervisory support in delivering outstanding quality of service to the LGBTQ+ community.

Join our dynamic team as a Bar Supervisor and lead the charge in creating an exceptional hospitality experience! In this role, you will oversee daily bar operations, supervise staff, and ensure that every guest enjoys top-quality service and drinks. Your culinary and hospitality expertise will drive team success, uphold food safety standards, and elevate our bar’s reputation. Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar activities, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards of quality.
Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Oversee food preparation and beverage production, maintaining consistency and presentation excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service policies.
Manage inventory levels, and monitor stock to prevent waste while meeting customer demands.
Assist senior management to train new team members on serving techniques, food safety protocols, and hospitality best practices.
Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience for all patrons.

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
Experience in food safety standards and food production processes.
Background in restaurant or hotel environments with barista or beverage expertise.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills to coordinate with staff and engage guests confidently.
