Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

Have the legal right to work in the UK (please note that Sharingly Nursing Agency does not offer visa sponsorship).
Hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Senior Carer position (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
A satisfactory PVG check.
Have at least six months of paid UK care experience gained within the previous two years.
Experience: 6 months UK experience (Essentials)
Be competent and experienced in the safe administration of medication (where applicable)
Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care with compassion, professionalism, integrity, and respect.
Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
