What You'll Do:

- Engage and Delight: Connect with market-goers, share your passion for O'Donnell Moonshine, and create memorable experiences.

- Showcase Our Products: Present our premium Moonshine in its best light, from tasting sessions to storytelling.

- Manage Sales: Handle transactions, keep track of inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of your market stall.

- Spread Joy: Contribute to the festive atmosphere by offering exceptional customer service and embodying the spirit of the season.

- Lead Promotions: Promote seasonal deals, or gift sets to encourage upselling and enhance the festive shopping experience.
- Maintain Stall Ambiance: Ensure the stall remains visually appealing and festive, regularly refreshing displays and keeping the space clean and organized.
- Foster Repeat Business: Encourage customers to follow social media channels, sign up for newsletters, or leave with promotional materials that include discount codes or future events.
- Handle Customer Feedback: Listen to customer feedback and share it with the team to help improve the product and service offering.

Responsibilities Include:

Face to Face Sales
Quality Customer Service
Stock Management
Cash Handling and Staff Supervision
Adhering to the 'Challenge 25 policy‘
Following our Manual Health and Safety Policy (Educational training will be provided)

Requirements & Experience:

Market trader and/or event trading
Good time management, responsible and organised
Attention to detail
Right to live and work in the UK
Proficient English language and communication skills
Age 18+

Preferred/not necessary:

Personal Alcohol License
Driving License
